You'll get a healthy dose of Galveston's history from the historic taverns and former brothels to the lively pubs along the Strand. We will cover the history of Galveston's sordid and seedy affairs which made it both Sin City and the Wall Street of the South.

About Your Host
Mike is 13th generation Galveston native who has lived on the island his whole life.
Having worked in the Galveston night life for over 15 years, he knows everyone in front of and behind the bar! You are guaranteed to make new friends along the way, while enjoying your favorite beverage.
Mike will tell history-focused local stories along with personal accounts of paranormal activity. He likes to share a lot of information, so he may drink a few to sooth his throat.
He'll introduce you to many local bars and many spooky Galveston sights that haunt our historic city and the lively night life scene. All while you sip on a drink. Like Bourbon street in New Orleans, you're free to drink on the street as we explore these memorable night spots.
Our tours are unscripted, improvisational and will expose you to the real history of Galveston.
Mike will help you navigate the city, and offer his personal recommendations for your visit after your tour, making sure you have the best possible time in Galveston.
About the Pub Crawl
Get ready for the most fun you'll have during your visit to Galveston!
The tour begins at the infamous Red Light District, once the home of 55 houses of prostitution. Some of those former brothels have now become bars where you may stop and have a drink.
Admission: $25 Per Person
Tour Times 4pm, 6pm, 8pm, 10pm and 11:59pm - 7 Days a week
Tour Length: 1hr 40 min (but may last the length of your vacation 😉)
Meeting Location: 2711 Market Street
Where Does the Tour End? Your tour guide will end the tour right where it began. We will help get you into an Uber, if needed.
